On March 2, the Estonian Center of Eastern Partnership, together with the European Commission Representation in Estonia, will host the 5th annual Tallinn Conference on the Eastern Partnership, tentatively titled
Internal, External, and Public Perspectives on the Eastern Partnership After the 2017 Summit
Senior officials, independent experts, and journalists representing a wide range of countries both inside and outside the EaP framework will gather together to take stock of the achievements made during the Estonian presidency–especially at the 2017 Eastern Partnership Summit in November–and look ahead to the future.
Participants will debate topics such as: the need for reforms to the EaP structure itself, the relevance of the Partnership to outside countries like Canada and Russia, and the potential for EaP and EU countries to work together in media and strategic communication, one of the most critical challenges facing states inside the Partnership framework and beyond.
