Eesti Idapartnerluse Keskus (EIPK) loodi 1. jaanuaril 2011 Eesti Diplomaatide Kooli (EDK) ja Eesti välisministeeriumi koostöös. Idapartnerluse Keskus on Eesti Diplomaatide Kooli struktuuriüksus. Keskust rahastatakse välisministeeriumi arengukoostöö vahenditest. Keskust toetavad Rootsi Arengukoostöö Agentuur (SIDA), Euroopa Komisjon ja Soome välisministeerium.


Estonian Center of Eastern Partnership (ECEAP) was founded in January 2011 by the Estonian School of Diplomacy (ESD) and Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ECEAP is financed by the Foreing Ministry's Development Cooperation's Fund and supported by the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland and the European Commission.
