On October 31, The Estonian Center of Eastern Partnership (ECEAP) in cooperation with CybExer Technologies will host the conference on “Disinformation and Cyber Security During Elections in Ukraine: Lessons Learned and Future Steps” in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Please see HERE for the latest edition of the conference program, which is subject to change.

The conference will bring together cybersecurity and media specialists from Ukraine and Estonia to analyse the lessons learned and future challenges of countering disinformation and cyber threats in an election environment and provide recommendations for the future.

The conference will conclude activities conducted under the project “Countering Cyber Threats and Disinformation Campaigns in Ukraine” implemented by the ECEAP in cooperation with CybExer Technologies and with funding from the European Union. The project is part of a larger effort by the European Union to support Ukraine’s resilience to cyber threats and disinformation through building the capacity of Ukraine’s security structures responsible for the prevention and management of cyber threats and strengthening the skills of local media representatives in Southern and Eastern regions of Ukraine to identify and inform the public about disinformation in cyberspace.

Simultaneous interpretation into English and Ukrainian will be provided by the organisers.
